These are the rules for using this website. They are not the agreement for work we do for you. That is a separate document you would sign before anything starts.
Who you are agreeing with
SharkStrat is a trading name of Emilio Moratti Ltd, registered in Bulgaria under number BG206624236, at 149A Peshtersko Shose Blvd., 4001 Plovdiv. "We" and "us" means that company. "You" means anyone using this site.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
What this website is
It describes what we do and lets you book a call. That is all it is.
Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or advice. Prices are not shown here because they depend on what you need. Anything you read here is general information, not a recommendation for your specific business.
Booking a call
Booking a call does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to anything. It is a conversation. Either of us can end it, and we may decide your business is not a fit and say so.
Please give accurate information when you book. If you do not, the call is a waste of both our time.
What we do not promise
We are careful about this because our industry is not.
- No results are guaranteed. Nothing on this site is a promise of leads, sales, revenue, rankings or any specific outcome. Marketing depends on your market, your pricing, your offer and how you handle the work, and those are not ours to control.
- Research figures are other people's. Where we cite a study, we name the source. Those figures describe that study, not a prediction about your business.
- The site may be wrong or out of date. We try to keep it accurate. We do not promise it is.
- The site may go down. We do not promise it will always be available.
What you may not do
- Copy, republish or resell anything from this site without our written permission.
- Scrape it, or run automated tools against it, beyond ordinary search engine indexing.
- Try to break into it, overload it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
- Use it for anything unlawful, or to send us anything unlawful.
Who owns what
The text, design, code, images and the SharkStrat name and logo on this site belong to us, or we have permission to use them. Reading the site does not give you any right to them.
Work we build for a paying client is dealt with in the client agreement, not here. The short version of our position: your accounts, your data and your domain stay in your name, and what happens to the build if you stop is set out in that agreement.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we do not control that site and we are not responsible for it. Their terms and their privacy policy apply once you leave.
Our liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit.
Beyond that, and as far as the law allows: we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind.
If you are a consumer rather than a business, you keep all your statutory rights and nothing here takes them away.
Privacy
How we handle your information is set out in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, and the courts of Bulgaria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
